Lion Noel Palliyaguru has been the District Chairman for Leos from the inception of the leo district 306A2. He has been the leo adviser of leo club of polgasowita and has been instrumental in establishing many new leo clubs in district 306A2.He has won number of awards including the most outstanding club president award, district governor's appreciation awards and international presidents appreciation award.
